Udaipur, formerly the capital of the Mewar Kingdom, is a city in the western Indian state of Rajasthan. Founded by Maharana Udai Singh II in 1559, it’s set around a series of artificial lakes and is known for its lavish royal residences. City Palace, overlooking Lake Pichola, is a monumental complex of 11 palaces, courtyards and gardens, famed for its intricate peacock mosaics.

Itinerary

Day 01: On Arrival at Udaipur

On arrival at Udaipur Airport / Railway Station there you will meet & assist by our representative and drive to hotel. On arrival check in to Hotel. After Fresh-N-Up check out from hotel you will visit Udaipur local sightseeing, - City Palace, Jagdish temple, Jag Mandir, Saheliyon-ki-Bari, and in evening will you will go to Lake Pichola / Dudh Talai and experience boat ride at own cost. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 02: In Udaipur – Chittorgarh – Udaipur

After breakfast check out from hotel you will drive to Chittorgarh (119 KM, 02 Hours Journey). On arrival at Chittorgarh there you will visit - Chittorgarh Fort (Chittorgarh Fort or Chittor Fort is a heritage site, famous for being one of the largest forts of the country. This fort is located in the Mewar region of Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. After walking round one kilometer on a bridge, you will see yourself in a six-gateway fort occupying a large portion of the plateau.), Vijay Stambha(The Vijaya Stambha is an imposing victory monument located within Chittor Fort in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India. The tower was constructed by the Mewar king, Rana Kumbha, in 1448 to commemorate his victory over the combined armies of Malwa and Gujarat led by Mahmud Khilji. The tower is dedicated to Vishnu) ,Ratan Singh Palace (At a distance of 1 km from Rana Kumbha Palace and 6 km from Chittorgarh Railway Station, Ratan Singh Palace or Ratan Singh Mahal is a large historical palace situated in Chittorgarh Fort. Located along the Ratneshwar Talab, this palace is one of the top places to visit in Chittorgarh.). In Evening drive back to Udaipur.Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 03: Udaipur – Kumbhalgarh – Udaipur

After breakfast check out from hotel you will drive to Kumbalgarh( 85 KM, 02 Hours Journey). On arrival at Kumbhalgarh you will visit local sightseeing - Kumbalgarh Fort (Kumbhalgarh is a Mewar fortress on the westerly range of Aravalli Hills, in the Rajsamand district near Udaipur of Rajasthan state in western India. It is a World Heritage Site included in Hill Forts of Rajasthan. Built during the course of the 15th century by Rana Kumbha.), Badal Mahal (Built by Rana Fateh Singh in the 19th century, Badal Mahal is situated on the highest peak of Kumbhalgarh Fort. The palace is a two storeyed structure parted into two interconnected mahals called the Mardana Mahal and the Zanana Mahal. Zanana Mahal is compact with stone jails which facilitated the royal ladies to see the court proceedings and other main events maintaining their privacy.), Kumbha Palace(Rana Kumbha Palace is a part of number of legends. These legends are associated with queen Padmini of Chittorgarh. The palace is also named after the greatest of the Sisodias. The location of the palace also has its association with the history of the place. It is in this location where Padmini committed Jauhar or self immolation. The self immolation was also joined by 700 followers to save honor).In Evening drive back back to Udaipur. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04: Udaipur Departure

After breakfast check out from the hotel you will drive to Udaipur Airport/ Railway Station to catch you’re onwards flights & train and return home with sweet memories of Udaipur Holiday Tour.
