Named after the devout wife of Ram, Lady Sita, Siyadevi is believed to be one of those places where Ram, Laxman, and Sita lived during their Vanvaas. Tandula is a well-known dam in this region. It is located about 5 km away from Balod, in the district of Durg. The dam was constructed near the confluence of the SukhaNala and Tandula rivers and the construction work was completed in 1912.
