Pelling is a small town in the northeastern Indian state of Sikkim, at the foothills of Mount Khangchendzonga. The late-17th-century Buddhist Sanga Choling Monastery has mountain views. Pemayangtse Monastery features wall paintings, sculptures and a gold-plated statue of Guru Padmasambhava. Overlooking a valley, the 17th-century Rabdentse Palace, now in ruins, still has evidence of the king’s bedroom and kitchen.
Ravangla or Rawangla or Ravongla is a small tourist town situated at an elevation of 8000 ft in South Sikkim district of the Indian state of Sikkim. It is connected by state highway to other major towns in the state and lies between Pelling and Gangtok.
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport and meet the guide after you reach there. Get a drive to Pelling via Jorethang. Dinner and overnight stay in Pelling.
After breakfast in the morning, you stop to see Enroute Rimba Water Falls at Khangchendzonga Waterfall 23 km 01 hour. Drive to Khechupalari lake (16 km 40 mins). You will see the holy lake amidst a deep and rich forest. Drive back to Pelling from Pelling (28 km / 1 hr). Pemayangate Monastery (Nyingma Order of Tibetan Buddhism 310 years old) after lunch. Travel to Rabdantse Mahal ruins (02 capital of Sikkim) Drives back to the hotel/homestay to Pelling (20 minutes). After breakfast up to Khechupalari lake (28 km / 1 hr) - a sacred and wishful lake amidst the deep and rich forest. Enroute see Rimbi falls water. Drive to Exam (27 km / 1 hr), travel to Khangchendzong Falls. Yocum is the 01 capital of Sikkim. Go to the Norbu Ghang Coronation throne (in 0141 the king of Sikkim was crowned at this place in Yukasum in 1641–42 AD). Drive to Pelling (34 kilometers / 2 hours). Stay overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at Hotel & check out. Enroute Visit bon Yung Dung Monastery (the only Bon Monastery in Sikkim). Arrival at Ravangla, Check in to the Hotel. Lunch at Hotel. After Lunch, Visit Tathagata Tshal (Buddha Park). Evening time Free. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Breakfast at Hotel & check out. Drive to NJP/ Bagdogra Via Namchi, Sumbuk.
