The Bhimashankar temple is a composite of old and new structures in the Nagara style of architecture. It shows the excellency of the skills achieved by ancient Vishwakarma sculptors. It is a modest yet graceful temple and it dates back to the 13th century while the sabha mandap was built in the 18th century by Nana Phadnavis. The Shikhara was built by Nana Phadnavis. The great Maratha ruler Shivaji is said to have made endowments to this temple to facilitate worship services. As with other Shiva temples in this area, the sanctum is at a lower level. Trimbakeshwar Shiva Temple is an ancient Hindu temple in the town of Trimbak, in the Trimbakeshwar tehsil in the Nashik District of Maharashtra, India, 28 km from the city of Nashik and 40 km from Nashik road. Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple sometimes referred to as the Ghrneshwar or Dhushmeshwar Temple, is one of the shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva that is referenced in the Shiva Purana. The word Ghrneshwara means “lord of compassion”.

Then proceed to Trimbakeshwar (Approx 235 Km / 04 Hours)-, an ancient Hindu temple city, known for housing one of twelve Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva. The temple is said to be built when Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu had an argument over the supremacy of the creation of the world. The unique part of this Jyotirlinga is that it displays three faces portraying Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Rudra. Later proceed to Nasik (Approx 30 km /40 Minutes). Transfer and check-in at the hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at the Nasik Hotel.
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga (Approx 175 Km /04 Hours), it is the last Jyotirlinga of the country and holds huge importance in the Shaivism tradition of Hinduism. The temple derives a huge influence from south India Temple architecture and boasts a five-tier Shikara. It is even the smallest Jyotirlinga temple in the country. The temple houses beautiful carvings and sculptures of gods and goddesses. Later drive back to Pune (Approx217 km /05 Hours).
