On arrival at the Guwahati airport/Railway Station & proceed to Mawphlag. The most famous sacred forests are the Mawphlang Sacred Forest, about 25 kilometers from Shillong. After arrival check-in into Hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
After breakfast starts trekking from Maphlang to Lad Mawphlang, which is called the David Scott trail. It was a part of the horse trail which dates back to the British era. You can visit on the way through meandering roads, gentle slopes, flat ground, and a steep uphill climb before you reach Lad Mawphlang. There is an overnight stay at camp.
After breakfast transfer to Guwahati Railway Station / Airport for your onward journey.and return to home with sweet memories.
