Kurseong (Nepali: खरसाङ) is a hill station (and the sub-divisional town of Darjeeling ) situated in the Darjeeling district of West Bengal, India. In the Lepcha language of, Kharsang (खरसाङ) means the `Land of the White Orchids. Kurseong is the hill station located close to the Darjeeling famous for its waterfalls, temples and Buddhist gompas apart from the excellent view that the place provides. Perched on the Siliguri-Darjeeling highway, Kurseong is a quiet hill station. Kurseong has several great viewpoints offering spectacular views of the landscapes, tea gardens, and the snow peaks. There are some great heritage schools here which the British had established. You can visit some nice museums (including DHR Museum that showcases original railway archives & exhibits), tea estates & factories, temples, and even interior villages to know the life and culture of the locals, etc.

For religious tourist are Ambootia Shiva Temple, Giddha Pahar Sita Ram Mandir, Giddahpahar Durga Mata Mandir, Jagdish Mandir, Buddhist Gompa in Monteviot, Kunsang Choiling Monastery at Upper Naya Busty, Juma Mosque in Hat Bazaar, Goretto and Catholic church in St. Mary's Hill - Natural places of interest are Eagle's Craig, Deer Park is now known as Dowhill Park, The Kholas (Water Falls - Springs). Netaji was interned in this house by the British government in the late thirties, Chimney & Naya Busty Park above the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Museum. After the evening visits the local area, shopping center, and DHR railway station. After back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay at Kurseong Hotel.
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP). It’s a drive of approx. 50 km and it is 01- 02 hours’ drive by scenic road - The drive will be through beautiful Tea Estate and gradually down through Mahananda Wildlife sanctuary. On the way has a pleasant climate and scenic beauty.
