Itinerary

Day 1: Journey to Udup

Journey begins at 7am from Margaon station with a short train ride to Udupi station. After on this day we reach the base camp in Mullodi village, waterfall and dam. 07:10am to 11:10am Journey to Udupi 11:30am to 01:30pm Reach Kudremukh village 01:30pm to 02:30pm Lunch 02:30pm to 04:00pm Visit to Hanumangudi waterfall 04:00pm to 05:00pm Visit to Lakhya Dam 05:00pm to 06:00pm Reach Base camp 06:00pm to 0 Have breakfast by 8:30 AM Travel by Jeep from Mullodi to Kalasa8:00pm Free time 08:00pm to 10:00pm Dinner and Campfire

Day 02: Trekking

Reach Samse at 6:00 AM in the morning and then travel by a jeep to Mullodi. The distance is approximately 8 kms and it takes an hour to get there due to bad conditions of the roads. Reach Mullodi by around 7:30 AM and then freshen-up and have breakfast. Start trekking towards the Kudremukha peak by 9 AM and reach the Peak by 1 PM.Participants will be provided with packed lunch at Mullodi which they can have after reaching the peak. Start trekking back towards Mullodi by 2:30 PM and reach Mullodi by 6:00 PM. Have dinner in Mullodi by 8:30 PM and rest in Mullodi for the night. Accommodation will be provided in Mullodi at a Local’s house. Camp fire will be provided in the evening. The accommodation will be basic and sleeping bags/mats will be provided. This is because camping is not allowed in Kudremukha area.

Day 3: Departure

Get up in the morning by around 7 AM and freshen up. After breakfast 8:30 AM Travel by Jeep from Mullodi to Kalasa. Reach Kalasa by around 10 AM. Travel to Hanumanagundi water falls from Kalasa by road in the tempo traveler. The distance is approximately 32 Kms and it takes about an hour to reach the falls. Reach the waterfalls by 11:30 AM and spend time at the falls and leave from Hanumanagundi waterfalls by 1:00 PM and travel on road back to Bangalore in TT. Have lunch on the way to Bangalore and reach Bangalore by 9:00 PM in the night Since participants can reach Bangalore by 9 PM, dinner is not provided as part of the itinerary
