Itinerary

Day 01: Jammu – Srinagar

On arrival Jammu Airport/Railway station at from there, you will meet and assist by our representative and now you will ready to Drive to Srinagar (250km, 06-07 hour journey). Traveling to Srinagar is very exciting as it covers a few popular travel destinations on the way on arrival at Srinagar check in to hotel & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Srinagar & The city of Mughal

After Breakfast at the hotel proceeds for a full day sightseeing tour of Srinagar. The world-famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) & Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love), & The Chasme Shahi Garden, & Shankaracharya Temple. In the evening return to Houseboat. Overnight at Hotel or Houseboat

Day 03: Srinagar – Sonmarg – Srinagar

After breakfast drives to Sonmarg. Explore the natural beauty of Sonmarg later come back to Srinagar for overnight stay

Sonmarg :-

Sonmarg, which means 'meadow of gold' has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh meanders along here and abounds with trout and mahseer, snow trout can be caught in the main river. In late April when Sonmarg is open for road transport, the visitors can have access to snow which is furnished all over like a white carpet. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier a major attraction during the summer months.

The climate of Sonmarg is very bracing; but the rainfall is frequent though not heavy, except for two or three days at a time in July and August with fine spell in between. From Sonmarg, trekking routes lead to the Himalayan lakes of Vishansar Lake, Krishansar Lake, Gangabal Lake and Gadsar Lake, stocked with Snowtrout and Brown trout[6][7] and Satsar, glacier-fed and surrounded by banks of alpine flowers.

A close by excursion is to Baltal, 15 km east of Sonmarg. This little valley lies at the foot of the Zojila, only a day's journey away from the sacred cave of Amarnath is a base camp for Amarnath yatra. Trekkers can also reach the starkly splendid roof-top of the world Leh, by crossing over the Zoji La pass.

At Sonmarg the Jammu and Kashmir tourism department[8] is organising river rafting tournaments yearly, which has recently seen the participation of teams abroad.[9] A large number of Hindi movies have been filmed in Sonmarg

Day 04 Srinagar – Pahalgam

After breakfast drives to Pahalgam 2440 Meters (Vale of Kashmir) on arrival check into your hotel. On the way visit Saffron field and Avantipur ruins, which is eleven hundred years old temple? Finally, by the lunchtime, you will reach Pahalgam, which is the most famous palace for Indian Film Industry. After lunch enjoy the nature charm of the valley

Day 05: Pahalgam – Gulmarg

This morning after breakfast drive to Gulmarg which is one of the most beautiful summer resort in the valley. On arrival check into your hotel. This afternoon visit One can have Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg. Overnight at Hotel in Gulmarg

Day 06: Gulmarg Logal sightseeing – Srinagar

After breakfast visit for the highest golf course in the world and skiing during the winter season. Hara Mukh & Sun Set Peak. Later drive to Srinagar. On arrival check in to the hotel/House boat. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 07 Srinagar – Jammu Departure

After breakfast check out from hotel and now ready drive back to Jammu (250 km, 06-07 hours journey) our representative will drop you at airport/railway station to catch onwards your flight & return to home with Sweet memories of and Jammu & Kashmir Holidays Tour.
