Darjeeling is a town in India’s West Bengal state, in the Himalayan foothills. Once a summer resort for the British Raj elite, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, or “Toy Train,” completed in 1881. It’s famed for the distinctive black tea grown on plantations that dot its surrounding slopes. Its backdrop is Mt. Kanchenjunga, among the world’s highest peaks.
On arrival at Bagdogra Airport, you will meet and assist by our representative and now you will ready to drive Darjeeling. On arrival at Darjeeling, check in to the hotel take some rest. Dinner & overnight stay at Darjeeling Hotel.
Early morning (3 am) drive to Tiger Hill (8500 ft) for sunrise read over the mountains. read four Giants of Himalaya i.e. Mt.Everest, Mt.Makalu, Mt.Lhotse and Mt.Khangchendzonga (all on top of 8000 meters) from Tiger Hill. fight off to the city. Visit Ghoom cloister (Gelug order of Tibetan Buddhism) and Batasia Loop(Gorkha war memorial) Back to edifice for Breakfast and recess (1 hr) when breakfast choose a mixed purpose rubber-necking of Japanese Temple, Peace temple, Padmaja Naidu mountain range Zoological Park & mountain range climb Institute (Closed on Thursday) Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan expatriate assistance Center (Closed on Sunday) & Happy vale Tea Estate and works. Free & leisure or walk around the Mall (Chowrasta) nightlong at edifice.
