Arunachal Pradesh is one of the 28 states of India and is the northeastern-most state of the country. Arunachal Pradesh borders the states of an Assam and Nagaland to the south and shares international borders with Bhutan in the west, Myanmar in the east and is separated from a China in the north by the McMahon Line.
The Kaziranga National Park is a protected area in the northeast Indian state of Assam. This Spread across the floodplains of the Brahmaputra River, its forests, wetlands, and grasslands are home to tigers, elephants and the world’s largest population of Indian one-horned rhinoceroses. Ganges River dolphins swim in the park’s waters. It is visited by many of rare migratory birds, and gray pelicans roost near the Kaziranga village.

After morning breakfast visit Kaziranga National Park Early morning enter the National Park on elephant back. Return to the hotel/ lodge for breakfast. Then visit nearby village inhabited by Mishing tribe. In the afternoon go inside the park for open jeep safari. Return to lodge. Overnight at the jungle lodge.
