Arunachal Pradesh borders the states of an Assam and Nagaland to the south and shares international borders with Bhutan in the west, Myanmar in the east and is separated from a China in the north by the McMahon Line.

Itinerary

Day - 1 : Guwahati – Bhalukpong

on arrival and then transfer to Bhalukpong. Check-in at your Hotel. After fresh n up visit if time allows visiting the fort Bhaluka. Night, stay in Bhalukpong.

Day - 2 : Bhalukpong - Dirang

After breakfast drive to Dirang. Reroute we can have visit orchid research center at Tipi (Bhalukpong)and Check in to your hotel. Check in to your hotel. Evening if time allows can move the take rest in the Hotel.

Day - 3 : Dirang - Tawang

After breakfast drive to Tawang. Stop briefly at the Sela pass 14000ft. From Sela, the road goes downhill and there will be many photo-stops reroute past Jaswantgarh, a memorial to Jaswant Singh PVC of the Indian Army who single-handedly repulsed the Chinese attack but fell the bravely defending his position, and the spectacular Nuranang waterfalls. Check into the hotel. Overnight at a hotel.

Day - 4 : Tawang Sightseeing

Morning visits the legendary 400-year-old monastery at Tawang. The Tawang monastery was founded by the Merak Lama Lodge Gyatso in 1681 in accordance with the wishes of the 5th Dalai Lama, Ngawang Lobsang Gyatso, and has this interesting legend of surrounding its name, which means "Chosen by Horse". It is also housed Also visit the Urgelling Monastery, situated 5 km to the south of Tawang Township. Evening at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day - 5 : Tawang - Bomdila

After breakfast drive to Bomdila. Upon arrival check-in to the hotel. Evening you can walk to around the town/Buddhist Monasteries and visit the Upper and Lower Gompa.

Day - 6 : Bomdila - Tezpur

After Breakfast transfer to Tezpur. Evening, if time allows than visit the Fort Agnigarh and Cole Park. Night, stay in Tezpur.

Day - 7 : Tezpur – Kohima

After breakfast visits the Bhairavi Temple and thereafter drive to Kohima – the capital of Nagaland. After brief fresh n up visits the Kohima war Cemetery. The War is Cemetery in Kohima is a memorial dedicated to soldiers of the 2nd British Division of the Allied Forces who died in the Second World War at Kohima, the capital of Nagaland, India, in April 1944. Night Stay in Kohima.

Day - 8 : Kohima – Sightseeing

After breakfast visit the Kohima State Museum, Khonoma Village ( 20 Km from Kohima) and later Khisama Village and the Kohima war Museum. dinner and overnight stay.

Day - 9 : Kohima - Imphal Sightseeing

Today after Breakfast visit the Nagaland State Museum where you can see the beautiful handicrafts, jewelers, Naga Masks of various Naga Tribes. The main attraction of this Museum is the ceremonial Drum which is very large and beautiful. Later drive to Imphal.-the the capital city of Manipur. Ruled by a single dynasty from the 33 AD to 1959, this place is famous for the sacrifices during World War 2. Night, stay in Imphal.

Day - 10 : Imphal - Moreh - Imphal

Today after breakfast visit the Kangla Fort and thereafter drive to Loktak Lake- the largest freshwater lake in Asia. Here you can see the floating Islands. Later visit the women market, Sri Govind Ji Temple, Sri Krishna Temple, and the State Museum. Night, stay in the Hotel in Imphal.

Day - 11 : Imphal – Sightseeing - Silchar

Today after breakfast drive to Silchar. Night stay in Silchar

Day - 12 : Silchar – Shillong

After breakfast drive to Shillong – the capital of Meghalaya the abode of clouds. After brief fresh n up visits the Century-old Wards Lake, Lady Hydari Park. Later you can visit Police Bazaar and enjoy shopping with your loved ones. Night stay in Shillong.

Day - 13 : Shillong - Cherrapunjee Sightseeing - Shillong

After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee, On the way visit Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak. On reaching Cherrapunjee you can visit the Nongsngithiang Falls, (Seven sister’s falls) Noh- Ka-Likai Falls, Eco – Park, Mawsmai Caves, and Thangkharang Park. Post lunch drives back to Shillong. On the way visit the Mawkdok Dympep Valley, here you can enjoy rope-lining and have some snacks. Enjoy the beautiful evening in Shillong. Night, stay in Shillong.

Day - 14 : Shillong - Guwahati

Today after breakfast drive back to Guwahati.On reaching Guwahati visit the Kamakhya Temple. Thereafter charter a ferry to Umananda Temple situated on a Peacock shaped Island known as the smallest island on Earth. Later enjoy an evening river cruise on the mighty River the Brahmaputra. Night Stay in Guwahati.

Day - 15 : Guwahati Sightseeing

After Breakfast Check out from the hotel and visit the Shankar Drv Kalashetra- a unique place where life and culture of Assamese people is beautifully depicted. Later visit Assam State Museum and War Cemetery. Night stay in Guwahati.

Day - 16 : Guwahati Airport Drop

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drop at the Guwahati Railway Station for your onward destination.
