Sillery Gaon is a small village in the Kalimpong district of the state of West Bengal, India. Sillery Gaon is situated at an altitude of 6000 ft. It locally is known as New Darjeeling.
Dzuluk or Zuluk or Jhuluk or Jaluk is a small hamlet located at a height of around 10,000 feet on the rugged terrain of the lower Himalayas in East Sikkim of the Indian state Sikkim. This place is a relatively an emerging and offbeat destination in East Sikkim. Today it is fast emerging as a new tourist destination.
Arrival at NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport for 4hrs drive to Sillery Entry (known as New Darjeeling). And after lunch session is free for photography and enjoying the beauty of the area. Overnight stay at Sillery Gaon.
After breakfast proceeds to Zuluk. Enroute covering Rongli(for inner line permit) Lingtam, Kuekhola falls. Lunch at Zuluk. Overnight stay at Lower Zuluk (Phadamchen).
After early breakfast starts from Lungthung for the Silk Route Trail and enjoy the beauty of Thambi viewpoint, Laxmi Chowk, Nathang valley, Tukla valley, Kalapokhri, Old Baba Mandir, Jeep-La Pass and reach Kupup. And elephant lake at Kupup, see the world’s highest Golf course, The Yak golf course at 13,025 ft(Guinness Book of World Records acclaimed). See also the Ice hockey ground and the water polo pool at Kupup (depends on permission), back to Lower Zuluk and night stay.
After breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Aritar and visit sightseeing Lampokhri/Aritar lake, The highest boating lake in Sikkim. And also, visit Dakbanglow at Aritar. Stay at Aritar/Reshikhola.
Morning is free for packing & personal activities. After breakfast proceeds to NJP Railway station/Baghdogra Airport.
