Gujarat is one of the westernmost state in the India region. Ahmedabad is the capital city of the state. Here in Ahmedabad, you can visit the Calico Museum of Textiles, displaying antique and modern Indian fabrics. Spiritual leader Mahatma Gandhi’s rise from 1917–1930 was Sabarmati Ashram, where his living quarters remain on view. The famous Jama Masjid was built in the 15th century. It has a huge courtyard and a columned design. Where you can find the old architecture and capture some spiritual moments.
On arrival at Ahmedabad from there, you will meet and assist by our representative and now you will ready to drive to the Hotel. After Check into the hotel and some relaxation, you will proceed to visit the “Modhra Sun Temple” – a Hindu temple dedicated to the solar deity Surya located at Modhera village of Mehsana District – an archeological site. Then you will proceed to visit on route Patan - Rani ki Vav – A Queen’s Stepwell where you can see the famous archeological structures. Here in Patan, you can visit the world-famous “Patola of Patan” - A traditional handmade and crafted clothes – saree. Then in the evening, we will proceed to visit Gujarat’s famous Shakti Pith - Ambaji Temple – known for its historical and mythological connections with sites of cultural and religious heritage Dinner and overnight stay at Ahmedabad.
After breakfast, you will proceed to visit the “Jagannath Temple” – where you can be a part of Mangala Aarti, then the most famous 140 years of tradition “Rath Yatra” begins at 7 AM where Lord Jagannath, Lord Balaram & Devi Subhadra is out on a City Tour of 15 km long journey to do a glimpse to the people. You can explore the ‘Behind Vidhi’- A Symbolic Ritual of Cleaning Way For the ‘Raths’ (Chariots). The procession of Rath Yatra comprises 18 decorated elephants, around 30 religious congregations, and around 20 singing troupes. The total length of Rath Yatra procession stretches up to 1.5km. Here you can get a chance for traditional lunch with devotees. And in the evening, it will return to the temple after almost 11 hours of journey. Dinner and overnight stay at Ahmedabad hotel.
