Trekking Yuksom, Sachen & Dzongri Tour Package (04 Nights 05 Days)

Yuksom and Sachen, the first campsite on the popular trek to Dzongri and Goechala in West Sikkim, is a walk through lush, wooded slopes. It climbs steadily but is not brutal on city lungs free of smoke for two weeks in preparation. Trek to the Dzongri goes up from Yuksom at 5,643ft to Dzongri Top at 13,680ft. Dzongri top i.e at 13,778 ft, is the highest point from where you get the 180-degree panoramic view of the mighty peaks of the Singalila and Kanchenjunga ranges. Dzongri top is the two hill climb from the Dzongri trekkers’ hut. The trek from Dzongri to Dzongri top takes about 45 mins. Start the day with a trek to Dzongri. Taking around 5 hours, you will be walking through dense forests consisting of rhododendrons as well as 400 different flowering species. Upon reaching Phethang, take a short break and get enough time to enjoy the scenic beauty around you. Tsokha to Yuksom via Bakhim and Sachen. This is a targeted destination for the day is Yuksom which was the commencing point of the trek at 5,670 feet. It is a long 15kms trekking distance and the ideal time to cover the same is approximately 7 hours.
