Triund is a small hill station in the Kangra district. It is a part of Dharamkot.Triund is close in January and February due to heavy snowfall. Triund is at the foot of the Dhauladhar ranges and is at a height 2,828 m. Triund is a large land of green grass one can see the mighty Dhauladhar range It is a one-day trek approx. 10 kilometres (one way) from Mcleod Ganj. The best time for the trekking is from March to till May in the first part of the year and from September to till December in the second half of the year.
Day 01:
On arrival at Delhi Airport/Railway Station, from there you will meet and assist by our representative and now you will ready to drive to Dharamshal 475km (09 hours Journey).Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02:
Report at the Base Camp Mcleodganj Bus Stand before 8:00 AM and start the trek to Triund. It is a beautiful walk through mixed forests of deodar, oak, and rhododendron.In the meanwhile, you can opt for an additional lunch. Triund is situated on a ridge with a beautiful view of whole Kangra valley on one side and the Dhauladhar mountain range on the other. Check into the camp approx 2 kms below triund and have dinner at the camp site (In case of Bad weather or Govt restriction, Day trekking back to Dharamkot to reach the camp site)Overnight stay in your camp.
Day 03:
Wake up to a mesmerizing sunrise and check out from camps after breakfast. Start trekking back to the base camp located at Mcleodganj to end your experience of a trek to Triund and drive to Delhi (480 KM 09 Hours Journey) our representative will drop you at airport/railway station to catch onwards your flight & return to home with Sweet memories of Mystic Triund Trekking Tour
