Chandigarh – Shimla Local SIghtseeing

Day 01:
On arrival at railway station at from there you will meet and assist by our representative and now you will ready to “Hit the Queen of Hills “drive to Shimla (120 km 04-05 hours journey). Travelling to Shimla is very exciting as it covers a few popular travel destinations on the way on arival at Shimla check in to hotel and take rest in the evening you visit Mall Road, Christ Church, Scandal Point, The Wooden Market, Tibetan Market, Etc. Then back to hotel dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Shimla – Kufri–Chail

Day 02:
After breakfast at the hotel by your own you will meet and assisted by our representative and proceed for full day sightseeing tour of Kufri: Green Valley, Mini Zoo, Wild Flower Hall, Chini Banglow, Faggu Valley view, Apple Garden, Fun World etc.

After that moves to Chail: Is (49 km) from Shimla.
The Chail Place is well known for its architecture. The cricket ground and a polo ground which is there at an altitude of 2,444 m was owned by erstwhile royal family of Patiala. It is the world's highest cricket ground. In 1891, Maharaja Bhupinder Singh of Patiala incurred the rage of Lord Kitchener. It led to the restriction of his entry into the summer capital, Shimla. This incensed the Maharaja and he vowed to build a new summer capital for himself. So he rebuilt the place (Chail) as per his requirements. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel at Shimla

Shimla - Advance Study - Jakhoo - Mashobra

Day 03:
After breakfast Check out from the hotel proceeds to full day sightseeing tour of local Shimla and drive to visit Indian Institute of Advance Study” State Museum it was known as the Visceregal Lodge at that time. Many historic decisions, including the Shimla Conference of 1945 and the Separation of Pakistan and East Pakistan in 1947, have been taken in this building. A residential centre for higher education, the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS), is located on Observatory hill – one of the seven hills of Shimla. Formed in 1964, this institute was formally inaugurated by Dr. S. Radhakrishnan – the former President of India on 20th October 1965.
The history of this learning center is more than 100 years old. IIAS was originally built as home for Lord Doffing, who was the Viceroy of India during the years 1884 and 1888.

Afternoon moves to Jakhoo Temple. Jakhoo Temple is an ancient temple in Shimla, dedicated to the Hindu deity, Hanuman. It is situated on Jakhoo Hill, 2.5 km /1.3 miles east from The Ridge, Shimla at a height of 2,455 m above sea level in evening drive to Mashobra hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Mashroba – Naldehra – Tatapani – Mashobra

Day 04:
After breakfast same day excursion to Mashroba, Naldehra and Tatapani. See apple orchards at Mashobra, Golf course and Jungle walks in Naldehra. 18 Hole Naldhera Golf Course situated at an Altitude of 2200 mtr. The golf course was built under the supervision of Lord Curzon, the then Viceroy of India in the early 1900s. Captivated by the beauty of the place, surrounded by a thick mane of Himalayan cedar, which was also his favourite camping site just outside the British summer capital of Shimla. Tattapani is small town which is populated around the river Sutlej. The key attraction is natural Hot springs and river rafting in Sutlej. In evening back to Hotel. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Mashobra – Hatu peak – Mashobra

Day 05:
After Breakfast at the hotel proceed to full day sightseeing tour of Mahasu Peak, Narkanda Hill Station, Hatu temple… Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Mashobra – Chandigarh Departure

Day 06:
After Breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Chandigarh (125 KM, 03-04 Hours) our representative will drop you at Chandigarh Airport /Railway station to catch your onwards flight & return to home with sweet memories of Charming Shimla.
