Spiti valley is a research and cultural centre for Buddhists include Key Monastery and Tabo Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in the world and a favourite of the Dalai Lama Spiti Valley is a cold desert mountain valley located high in the Himalayas in the north-eastern part of the northern Indian state. The name “Spiti” means “The Middle Land”, i.e. the land between Tibet and India.
Kaza is overlooked by high mountains on all sides. It has two access points one from Lahaul valley and the other from the Kinnaur valley.
Day 01:
On arrival at Chandigarh, our driver will pick you and drive to Sarahan enter Kinnaur and explore the sights arrayed on both the sides of the rich Apple Valley of Kotgarh.Enjoy the attractions Points Narkanda, Thanedhar and Bhimakali Temple as you proceed . After that proceed to Sarahan . Overnight stay at Sarahan Hotel.
Day02:
Morning Breakfast in the hotel drive to Kalpa today.Mesmerize the drive along the magnificent and famous Sangla Valley and watch the beautiful Baspa River flowing along and then visit the last Indian Village Chitkul on the Indo China border and capture the best pictures of the Zero Point.Drive through Chitkul, Peo, Roghi and finally you will reach Kalpa where you stay tonight.
Day 03:
Today, you are going to witness yet another beautiful route from Kalpa to Tabo.the way, you will come across Khab where the confluence of Spiti and Satlej can be seen and then to Nako which is the highest village in Kinnaur.Later you will be able to possess the unbeatable views of the Gue Monastery which protects the only Buddhist mummy in the world.After reaching Tabo, take rest.
Day 04:
Morning Breakfast in the hotel and get ready to experience the captivating beauty of the villages and valleys en route to Kaza.Relish the beauty of Dhankar Village and indulge in a very refreshing trek to Dhankar Lake.Continue the drive along the beautiful Pin Valley and watch the exotic beauty of Pin River.Arrive in Kaza and relax.
Day 05:
Morning Breafast in the hotel and drive to Kaza Sightseeing well today with a visit to the Key Monastery, then head to Kibber, Langza, Komic and Hikkim.Pass through highest motorable villages and enjoy the sights on a high altitude.Make use of the chance to post a letter from the highest post office in the world.
Day 06:
After morning Breakfast and prepare to welcome the majestic beauty of the famous lake, Chandra Taal with today's trip.You will be crossing the 15500 feet high Kunzum La to reach the Chandratal lake, Chandra Taal and camping near the lake will let you forget yourself and enjoy the serenity at its best.
Day 07:
After exploring the maximum beauty of the lake, get ready to travel to Manali today.The drive will be along the toughest routes in the Himalayas.Prepare yourself to hold your breath and cross one of the highest motorable passes in India that is the Rohtang Pass and finally you will reach the Old Manali.Then come to Manali and stay overnight there.
Day 08:
Morning Breakfast and Check out from the hotel drive to Chandigarh which would be really long yet enjoyable.The tour ends at Chandigarh.
