Sikkim is the state in northeastern India. It is the borders Tibet in the north & northeast, Bhutan in the east, Nepal in the west, and West Bengal in the south. Sikkim is the also located close to India’s Siliguri Corridor near to Bangladesh. Sikkim is the least of populous & second smallest among the Indian states. The famous Ganesh Tok or Temple is located on a hill in the Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim. The Sikkim is not only famous for its amazing natural beauty, but also for various prominent pilgrimage destinations. On arrival at NJP Railway Station, you will meet and assist by our representative and drive to Gangtok. In the Morning after breakfast at the hotel proceeds to full day city tour of Gangtok – Visit to Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall, Flower Show, Rumtek Monastery, one of the finest monastery where His holy Dalai Lama stayed for some time, Various View Points, Botanical Garden, etc - back to hotel - evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center – There are few discotheques & Casinos in Gangtok to spend time - overnight stay at Gangtok.
After Breakfast Check out the hotel transfer to Nepal – India border Kakarbhitta / Bhadrapur Airport (BDP) Nepal / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB)and Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) Siliguri - for onward journey.
