Today morning visit Kamakhya Temple dedicated to goddess Kamkhya. Later drive to Shillong. Visit the Bada Pani (Umiam Lake) en route which is a hub for the water sports activities such as speed boats, sailboats, and water scooters. Arrive at Shillong and check in to the hotel for a Dinner & overnight stay.

After breakfast enjoy a full day trip to Cherrapunjee (56kms/2hrs) – this is a very scenic drive enabling one to see the cloud covered hills and the deep gorges. At Cherrapunjee visit cherapunjee course limestone caves and the waterfalls. Return to Shillong, reaching back by the evening. Dinner Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast explore the Mawlynnong the cleanest village in Asia. You will watch the people in the village busy with their day to day work and learn how they have been keeping their village clean. Hike to the Single Decker living root bridge and sky view point from where you see the plains of Bangladesh. Move to Dawki the border point of India and Bangladesh. Witness the mesmerizing view of these places. Head back to Guwahati. Dinner & Overnight at Guwahati.

After Breakfast we will proceed to the Nameri National Park, situated within the foothills of eastern Himalayas. Upon reaching, transfer to a nature camp. After lunch, we will go on a nature trail along the reserve. Here we will be accompanied by a knowledgeable forest guide and armed forest guards. The forest treks are the best way to explore the Nameri National Park as it allows you to get very close to the wildlife. If you get lucky, you might get the chance of sighting some rare fauna species like white-winged wood ducks and the great hornbills.Return to the camp by evening. In the evening you are free to visit the nearby Pygmy Hog Foundation and learn about the species. The Pygmy Hogs are one of the world’s most endangered mammals.Dinner & Overnight stay in the camp.

After Breakfast we will go on an exciting river rafting eon Jia Bhoroli River. For the same, we will drive 25 km from the resort towards the river upstream and from there we will enjoy the downstream rafting on the inflatable raft. Here we will get a chance to see lots of migratory waterfowls and if you get lucky then can even spot the Royal Bengal Tigers and the Elephants on the banks of the river.

After river rafting, return to the campsite for lunch. After lunch, we will go on a nature trek to see more of wildlife or you can also go for angling. Dinner & Overnight stay at Nameri.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel Our representative will drop at Guwahati airport/railway station for the return journey. Tour ends with happy memories.
