Kurukshetra is not described as a city but a region (“kshetra” means “region” in Sanskrit). According to the Taittiriya Aranyaka. the Kurukshetra region is south of Turghna (Srughna/Sugh in Sirhind, Punjab), north of Khandava (Delhi and Mewat region), east of Maru (desert), and west of Parin.

After breakfast, you will be visiting Sthaneshwar Mahadev Temple and Jyotisar. Jyotisar is where Lord Krishna recited the Bhagwad Geeta under a Banyan tree to Arjun, to prepare him to fight the war against Bhishma and Karan. Later you will be transferred to Vrindavan. After check-in at hotel, take some rest and later you will be visiting Prem Mandir and the lighting of the temple further glorifies its spectacular look, especially during the night.
