Kurukshetra is not described as a city but a region (“kshetra” means “region” in Sanskrit). According to the Taittiriya Aranyaka. the Kurukshetra region is south of Turghna (Srughna/Sugh in Sirhind, Punjab), north of Khandava (Delhi and Mewat region), east of Maru (desert), and west of Parin. Itinerary

Delhi - Panipat – Karnal

On arrival at Delhi Airport/ railway station, there you will meet and assist by our representative and proceed to Karnal. En route, we visit Panipat and see Devi Temple, Shri Ram Sharanam, Tomb of Bu – Ali Shah Kalandar and Panipat Museum. On Arrival at Karnal check into the hotel dinner and overnight stay at the hotel

Karnal - Kurukshetra – Karnal

After morning breakfast and proceed to Kurukshetra. Visit Brahma Sarovar, Brahma Sarovar Park, Sri Krishna Museum, Jyotisar – where the holy Bhagwad Gita was preached in the Indian Epic, Mahabharata, Narkatari, Kurukshetra Panorama and Science Centre and Kalpana Chawla Memorial Planetarium. Later we enjoy boating at Karnal Lake. After back to the hotel dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Karnal – Agra

After morning breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Agra we drive to Agra through Yamuna Express Highway, one of India's longest six-lane controlled-access expressway stretches.Later we visit Taj Mahal which is considered as the finest example of Mughal architecture and Agra fort one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of India. Evening check in to the hotel dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Agra – Mathura – Agra

After morning breakfast we proceed to Mathura and visit Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple, Dwarkadhish Temple, Kans Kila, and Vishram Ghat and proceed to Vrindavan and visit Prem Mandir, ISKCON temple and Banke Bihari Mandir and other beautiful temples there.Later we proceed back to Agra.

Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Delhi

After morning breakfast we proceed to Fatehpur Sikri and witness the glorious history of India.Later we proceed to Delhi.Our tour concludes with mixed feelings! Happy to have made so many new friends, visited several amazing destinations but also sad that it means the end of such a wonderful trip. Joining Leaving Guests will be dropped at Delhi airport as per scheduled group departure.
