Itinerary

Day 01 Leh – Kargil

Pick up from Airport/Hotel in Leh and drive to Kargil (6 hours en route visit Gurudwara Pather Sahib, Magnetic HillVisit Lamayuru Monastery and Moonland, Buddha Chamba in Mulbekh and Sergole cave monasteryArrive in Kargil by evening and check into hotel evening for Leisure. Munshi Aziz Bhat Museum located in the town and Plateau Nath Baba Mandir can be visited in the evening, rest and stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Kargil – Drass Valley – Kargil

After breakfast check out from the hotel and now ready to Drass Valley: Also known as the Second Coldest Inhabited Place in the World, Drass has its unique identity, inhabited by the “Shina” tribe. Said to have come from Gilgit (now in Pakistan), their culture is yet unexplored. Drass offers dramatic landscapes, snow-capped peaks, spiritual sites and memories of the victory of the Kargil War in 1999. After breakfast, take a day trip to Drass valley en-route visit Hundurman Border village at LoCAnother option is to do rafting in Drass river (total 2 hours)Continue to Drass and visit Kargil War Memorial to pay homage to our War HeroesVisit the spiritual sites of Draupadi Kund and Bhimbat stone return to Kargil by evening and rest at the hotel.

Day 03 Kargil – Suru Valley – Kargil

Day 04: Kargil – Batalik (Ayran Valley)- Leh

Inhibited by the “Brokpa” tribe who consider themselves to be the lost army of Alexander the Great, this unique tribe is settled along the Indus river. Recently opened for tourists, there is much to explore and discover this hidden Himalayan valley. After breakfast, take a day trip to Aryan ValleyEnroute visit the 2nd of the three Maitreya Buddha statues in Apati village visit Shashi LakeArrive in Aryan valley for lunch will be offered along with a private cultural dance performance by the local community after Lunch continue a journey towards Leh Arrive in Leh by evening and check into a hotel

Day 05: Departure From Leh

After breakfast, get transferred to Leh Airport for boarding the flight to your destination. Tour Concludes with some wonderful long-lasting memories
