Jaldapara National Park is a national park situated at the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas in Alipurduar District of northern West Bengal and on the banks of the Torsa River. Jaldapara is situated at an altitude of 61 m and is spread across 216.51 km² of vast grassland with patches of riverine forests.
The Chilapata Forest is a dense forest near Jaldapara National Park in Dooars, Alipurduar district, West Bengal, India. It is about 20 km from Alipurduar, and just a few minutes away from Hasimara town. Until recently, the area was known for dacoity, but it is now safe for tourists
On arrival Jalpaiguri Railway Stan / Bagdogra Airport from there, you will meet and assist by our representative and now you will ready to drive Jaldapara National Park ( 145 km / 03 hrs) via Sevoke, Coronation Bridge, Malbazar, Chalsa, Gormuara National Park, etc. After lunch visit Khyber bari leopard rescue center. Overnight at Jaldapara.
Early morning visit Jeep safari/Elephant Riding at Jaldapara(Optional). After breakfast at the hotel proceeds to visit Chilapata Forest & Jungle safari. Overnight at Chilapata.
After breakfast check out the hotel drive to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport / Hashimara Railway Station.
