Gurdwara Sri Tan Taran Sahib is a gurdwara established by the fifth guru, Guru Arjan Dev, in the city of Tarn Taran Sahib, Punjab, India. The site has the distinction of having the largest Sarovar of all the gurdwaras. It is famous for the monthly gathering of pilgrims on the day of Amavas.
A Gurudwara is a place of assembly and worship for Sikhs. People from all faiths, and those who do not profess any faith are welcomed in Sikh gurdwaras. Each gurdwara has a Darbar Sahib where the current and everlasting guru of the Sikhs, the scripture Guru Granth Sahib, is placed on a takhat (an elevated throne) in a prominent central position. The ranges (who sing Ragas) recite, sing and explain, the verses from the Guru Granth Sahib, in the presence of the congregation. On arrival at the Amritsar railway station meet our representative to get checked into your pre-booked hotel in Amritsar. Take rest in your hotel for some time and stay there all night long.
After Breakfast Proceed to Gurudwara Guru Ki Wadali Guru, Arjan Dev left Amritsar with his family and entourage and settled at Wadali, 5 miles away, to avoid the daily bickerings and intrigues of Pirthi Chand. The villagers welcomed the Guru and gave a bricked Haveli for residence. Guru Hargobind Sahib incarnated at Wadali. Also visit Gurudwara Sann Sahib, Gurudwara Tarn Taran Sahib Ji (Darbar Sahib), Gurudwara Goindwal Sahib Ji or Bauli Sahib, Gurudwara Khadoor Sahib The place where Guru Angad Dev used to address the Sikh congregation, there stands Gurudwara Darbar Sahib. Back to hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast proceeds to Gurudwara Baba Budha Ji Gurudwara Bir Baba Buddha are situated on the right side of village Thatha on the Amritsar Patti road. Baba Budha was a disciple of Guru Nanak. Visit Gurudwara Tahla Sahib Ji. Also, visit Gurudwara Sangrana Sahib Ji, Gurudwara Chhehrta Sahib. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
