Darjeeling is a town in India’s West Bengal state, in the Himalayan foothills. Once a summer resort for the British Raj elite, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, or “Toy Train,” completed in 1881. It’s famed for the distinctive black tea grown on plantations that dot its surrounding slopes. Its backdrop is Mt. Kanchenjunga, among the world’s highest peaks.
Gangtok is a city, municipality, the capital and the largest town of the Indian state of Sikkim. It also is the headquarters of the East Sikkim district. Gangtok is in the eastern Himalayan range, at an elevation of 1,650 m (5,410 ft). The town’s population of 100,000 are from different ethnicities such as Bhutia, Lepchas , and Nepalis. Within the higher peaks of the Himalaya and with a year-round mild temperate climate, Gangtok is at the center of Sikkim’s tourism industry.
On arrival Bagdogra International Airport/ Jalpaiguri railway station from there, you will meet and assist by our representative and now you will ready to Gangtok. On the way, you can see tea plantations. Dinner and Overnight stay in the hotel.
After breakfast, you will be visiting Tsomgo Lake, a high-altitude lake that is sacred to both Hindus and Buddhist. After that, you will visit the Baba Mandir. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast go for a sightseeing tour. You will be visiting Tashi viewpoint, and Ganesh Tok, after that Hanuman Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry, and Handicraft Centre, and also Institute of Tibetology, Dro-Dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery & Banjakhri Fall. Then Transfer to Pelling check into Hotel for Over Night stay.
After breakfast at hotel sightseeing at Kalimpong than transfer to Darjeeling, After that, you can visit Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park. Check into the hotel and overnight stay.
Early morning, Darjeeling Local Sight Seeing, Ghum Monastery, Peace Pagoda, Bhutia Busty Monastery
Darjeeling then backs to the hotel. Evening free to stroll around the area. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Departure – Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport. After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to the airport.
