After arrival at Amritsar Airport and railway station, our representative will drive you to the hotel and check-in at the hotel. After getting freshened up in the hotel, be ready to go out for a sightseeing tour of Amritsar. On the tour, you will first visit Sir Harmandir Sahib, worldly known as the Golden Temple. The temple dates back to the 16th century and was built by fifth Sikh Guru. Followed by this, you will be taken to the historical site of Jallianwala Bagh. It is a memorial site built in the remembrance of numerous innocent Indian who lost their lives during the Amritsar Massacre happened on 12th April 1919. In the afternoon, you will visit the much famous Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum, also known as the Summer Palace of the Maharaja Ranjit Singh. The museum houses a rich collection of weapons, miniatures, coins, and paintings belonged from the court of Maharaja Ranjit Singh. Thereafter, you are going to visit Durgiana Temple and Mata Lal Devi Temple. In the evening, be ready to bring a feeling a patriotism while witnessing ‘Retreat’ ceremony at Wagah Border (Indo-Pakistan Border).
