Overview

Bhubaneswar is an ancient city in India’s eastern state of Odisha, formerly Orissa. Many temples built from sandstone are dotted around Bindu Sagar Lake in the old city, including the 11th-century Hindu Lingaraja Temple. Outside Rajarani Temple are sculpted figures of the guardians of the 8 cardinal and ordinal directions. Jain antiques, weaponry and indigenous pattachitra paintings fill the Odisha State Museum. Gupteswar Cave is a city shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is a pilgrim site situated about 55 km away Jeypore, Koraput District in the state of Odisha, India. It is a limestone cave, and its main attraction is the gigantic Shiva Linga which is said to be increasing in size.

Itinerary

Arrival Bhubaneswar from there you will meet and assist by our representative ready to Bhubaneshwar. Check-in the hotel after some rest and freshen up proceeds to visit the temples from 8 th to 12 th century, Lingaraj Temple, ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness), Raja Rani Temple, Bindu Sarovar or Bindu Sagar, Brahmeshwara Temple etc. Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.

After breakfast at the hotel and drive to visit Gupteswar Area (130KM & 3 HRS approx) to witness the famous Shiva shrine. Afternoon visit to Baligaon to meet the DHURUVA TRIBES in their weekly market. After a few hours in the market further, drive to Jeypore for the overnight stay in the hotel.
