Present on the way to hills of Shimla, Panchkula is famous for the ruins of the Chandels and trekking on Morni Hills teemed with peacocks.
One of the most planned towns of Haryana, Panchkula is a satellite town that forms the tricity with Chandigarh and Mohali. Ruled by the Chandels from 9th-12th Century, this hill-city derives its name from the five irrigation canals or ‘kuls’ which draw water from the uphill Ghagghar. Sector 5 in Panchkula is popular for its variety of entertainment and eating out options. It even has an open-air amphitheater and the Terminals Ballistic Research Laboratory of the DRDO. Panchkula is also a place which is used as a halt before going to nearby hill stations in Himachal Pradesh.
After Lunch you will visit the Wagah Border to see the retreat ceremony later back to the city and have dinner later you proceed to Golden Temple at night to witness the Palki sahib ceremony which takes place at 9.30 pm it is half an hour ceremony later back to Hotel for overnight stay.
You will be picked up from the hotel and will be taken to Visit Golden Temple, later you visit Jallianwala bagh and partition Museum after lunch, and in the evening you will be taken to Gobind Garh Fort to see the light and sound program, Dinner and Overnight stay.
After breakfast check-out from the hotel and drive to Panchkula(239 km/4-5 hours).Check-in the hotel, after that day free for your own Activities. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast proceeds to Panchkula sightseeing visit Gurudwara Nada Sahib, National Cactus and Succulent Botanical Garden and Research Center, Mansa Devi Temple, Mata Mansa Devi is a Hindu temple dedicated to goddess Mansa Devi, a form of Shakti, in the Panchkula district of Haryana state in India, Pinjore, etc.
After breakfast at the hotel our representative will meet you and now ready drive to Chandigarh on arrival Chandigarh Airport/ Railway station to catch onwards your train & return to the home with sweet memories of Amritsar & Panchkula Tour.
