Karnataka is a state in southwest India. It was formed on 1st November 1956 with the passage of the States Reorganization Act. Before it was Known as State of Mysore, it was renamed Karnataka in 1973. The state corresponds to the Carnatic region. The capital and largest city is Bangalore (Which Is One of the Most Advanced cities in India which is also the Capital, Bengaluru and is a high-tech hub known for its shopping and nightlife all over the World. Hampi, once the medieval Vijayanagara Empire’s capital, contains ruins of Hindu temples, elephant stables and a stone chariot which is worth Visiting.
